Hidden along Vulcan Trail on an absolutely gorgeous day. Vulcan Trail is a trail beginning at a public parking lot near and below the northeast corner of Vulcan park. This trail is the remains of an early railroad track, and is paved and level. Wonderful place for a stroll! You can park at either end of the trail to access this cache, but on pretty days I would advise the Vulcan end of the trail! Street parking only at the other end.
This cache is an ammo box filled with an assortment of paperback books -- all kinds! Horror, kid books, romance, sci fi, western -- there should be something for everyone. Please, feel free to take one and trade! Please put books in the ziplock bags. If you don't have a bag, trade out the book but leave the bag! When closing the cache please be careful not to hang the bags under the lid.
This cache has actually been ready to hide since last January, but I was looking for a nice place to hide it. And the more I visit this hide location, the more I love it -- so, here it will be. There is a FTF Prize of a brand NEW P.D.A. in the cache. FTF please take it with my compliments. This P.D.A. can be used for all kinds of things -- storing addresses, coordinates, or even as a log book!
