How Geocaching Works
A family-friendly micro located in Upper City Park, Iowa City. For eastern Iowa cachers, the container is similar to GC12BBG, except not quite as evil. The cache is log only; bring a pen. Please take care to conceal the container upon replacing. If you cannot return the cache to exact location, just find a suitable place nearby.
City Park features a public outdoor swimming pool, numerous picnic areas, nice playgrounds, bocce courts, small amusement park with five different rides for smaller children, tennis courts, baseball diamonds, a scenic bike path, and an outdoor theater.
Parking is available near ground zero in Upper City Park. Park hours are from 6:00 a.m. to 10:30 p.m.
