Andrew Evans Park of West Vincent Township

This could be a quick C&D in West Vincent, or spend some time in this nice little park.
Hours: Sunrise until Sunset. Pets must be leashed.
You are looking for something more than a bison tube. No need to remove cache from hiding place, just unscrew a part. Bring a pen/pencil.

Placed on a mild springlike day. Congrats to semaj001 who was FTF on a blustery cold day!
