Geocache Description:

Many thanks to turtle140 for the creation of this cache (formally Bluebell Wood) and rather than archiving the series in December 2009 offered it up for adopion by Papakas Pack for the continued enjoyment of cachers.

Turtle’s Trail is a circular walk of about 4.5 miles and follows the Ridgeway for the first part of the loop and then picks up other footpaths/bridleways for the return leg if completed in numerical order. However the final walk from TT18 to the parking location is along a very quiet road so care should be taken with young children and dogs. There is only one stile to negotiate along the route between TT10 and TT11 but has a gap large enough for Labrador sized dog to pass through (will amend if not the case).

Parking can be found at either start of the bridleway on Swan’s way (2/3 cars) or by the church in Nuffield about ¼ of a mile from TT09.

This cache is located in the same place as Ridgeway Run - Bluebell Wood, but has been re-issued as part of this new series.
