Do Cachers Value Smileys? - dhá cheann déag Traditional Geocache

The latest placement in our series trying to answer the title question.  We do believe cachers value smileys, and we are hoping you can prove our hypothesis correct.  This is data recorder number 12 taking the place of a recently archived cache nearby.  We have tried in the past to precdict the FTF with some data recorders, but those have been unfounded.  So we won't say that a future test subject who is an excellent stretcher, or another future test subject, William the Biker, will be first to find here.  We would just be flat wrong.  Enjoy and bring your own writing device.
