This is in an area I used to hike in when I was younger. There is a
parking area for picnicing off Hwy 243 at Fuller Mill Creek. ($5
Wilderness Pass is required.) Park there and head north into the
canyon. The cache site is located above the top of the waterfall(s)
at an elevation of about 5500', so although a short hike, it is a
bit strenuous. The rocks are slippery, so be careful. My 9 year old
son helped me place this, but I wouldn't bring anyone too much
younger than that, unless you take a wider route around the falls.
Obviously, don't climb the falls themselves; there are
trails/routes up both sides. You can take either side of the canyon
to reach the top; I prefer the left (west) side.
The cache is in a medium ammo box in a large crack in the rock.
It is blocked from direct view by a rock placed in front of it.
Coodinates should be good, as there is little/no tree cover at the
actual site.
Inside you'll find lots of good stuff, and lots of room for trades!
Be careful, and good luck! Warning, the first picture below is a
spoiler.
