THE CACHE HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE LOCKS.
Not to make you sad, but to inform you of history... You are looking over the area where firefighters, police and paramedics worked to save people involved in a mid-air helicopter collision. Tragically 4 people were killed when the one helicopter crashed at the base of the bit of escarpment you are standing on top of now. Amazingly enough, 5 people in the other helicopter lived despite the damage to it. Area is wheelchair accessible, a bit of a hill is involved. Small container, blue in colour. (Previous ones have been wrapped in black hockey tape and camo tape). WATCH FOR MUGGLES!!! PLEASE TAKE CARE IN PLACING IT BACK IN IT'S HIDING SPOT!! IT IS NOT A LOCK!! THE CACHE HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE LOCKS. Happy Caching!
