Geocache Description:

I’on Swamp Interpretive Trail Francis Marion National Forest Directions: From Charleston, travel north on US 17 for approximately 15 miles and turn left onto I’on Swamp Road (FS 228). Drive two miles to the parking area on the left (south). The trail begins on a short boardwalk leading from the parking area. Pack bug spray. If you find you are hungry after this walk, stop by the Seewee Restaurant and grab some famous seafood and say hello to Mary and Curt.

IT'S BAAACKK! After a few cachers wrote asking when this was going back out, I am happy to report it was the last cache of my day. Really enjoyed doing this one again; even though the gators were VERY close & scary today. Large ammo box contents: logbook/pen, Anne Geddes puzzle (I dare ya to do it), wacky string, water bomb, sox, toy handcuffs, hot wheel car, sport watch, MISC. drawer pull, March birthstone necklace, party tooters, whoopee cushion, flower seeds, HP 41 inkjet cartridge, lightstick, Geocaching.com window decal, Microsoft mouse, stickers
