How Geocaching Works
Waterproof match container hidden along trail through nature area.
Located in Glatz Nature Preserve, once the site of Glatz Brewery. Entrances to area are located off Doty St. and the end of 25th Ave. The preserve was recently reopenned after an Eagle Scout project cleared the trail. While walking the trail keep an eye out for remnants of the brewery foundation.
Previous geocache, Glatz to meet you, located in preserve was archived.
Bring pen or pencil, no room for writing utensil in the matchstick container.
In Summer bring bug spray, in Fall bring a rake, in snow bring shovel.
Cache closer to Doty St. entrance, if going for P&G.
If you get hungry you can stop by Ardy & Eds Drive in Restaurant only open in summer.
