This raving lunatic approached me the other day. At first I thought he was going to beg for money but he started spouting off some stuff about world war III and some hidden magnetic device. When I asked him about the device he said:
Well, the whole thing started at 3 o'clock fast
When she said, "Hey man, you crazy or sumpin'"
I went to the doctor the very next day
I took her by the hand and my heart it was thumpin'
When I peeked out from a manhole cover
I was feelin' kinda lonesome and blue
Well, the whole thing started at 3 o'clock fast
I wouldn't worry 'bout it none, though
I said, "Hold it, Doc, a World War passed through my brain."
I dreamt I was walkin' into World War Three
Well, I rung the fallout shelter bell
I got into the driver's seat
And I leaned my head and I gave a yell
And I drove 42nd Street
You see what happened last time they started.
I'm not sure if he was mad or not, but I think that he may have been talking in some kind of code. See if you can figure out what the heck he was talking about. If you do, maybe you can find the hidden magnetic device he was babbling on about.
