This cache is located in a small urban park. Its entrance is only marked from the street and not the highway. Its close to the center of town and you can park on the sidestreet
This is a high muggle area and we have had many muggle problems, so it appears to have been'muggled'.. The cache is actually in good shape. Keep looking
