Calvin Touw was one of the Bell Labs. Engineers that helped develop the touch tone phone. He was also a resident of Verona for almost 40 years. He was in constant battle with many local inhabitants, and quite often tried to relocate them. In 2000 he passed away at 74 years old from Multiple Myeloma, so this cache is in memory of him and his many opponents.

He has won many battles, but lost this war..
