The cache could possibly be access in a day-walk, depending on where you start from, but why not take your time and enjoy the area.

As the cache involves off-track walking, you will need the Mount Superbus topographic map (9341-12) and a compass. If travelling further north to or from Spicer's Gap, you will also need the Cunninghams Gap map (9341-11) and also a rope for pack-hauling in a couple of steep sections.
The original cache I had planned was left behind during my pack weight rationalisation, so this one is a throw together one and hence a bit light on the trade items, but the first finder will find something to help keep warm, especially if staying the night.
I have written the important parts of the geocaching.com info sheet blurb in the log book, but if the first finder could leave to cache information sheet that would be great.
Feel free to contact me if you are thinking of trying for this, and need some advice.
