Welcome to the Miami Valley Geocachers annual summer picnic - celebrating 10 years
of Family Friendly Geocaching Fun!

When: Saturday July 19, 2014 6:00PM - 9:00PM
Where: Cowan Lake State Park Campground
We will be hosting a Christmas in July dinner potluck with all the fixin's - or at least the fixin's you are willing to bring and share! The club will provide the ham (sandwiches).

We will talk all things geocaching - trackables, tough hides, puzzles and anything you might have a question about.
We will also have a little fun with a Geocaching Christmas in July gift exchange. Bring a geocaching related gift and we will have a little fun with the exchange. The voluntary exchange gift can be as simple as a geocache container, swag items or a trackable.

Schedule of events for the evening:

6:00 - 6:30 - setup the Christmas Dinner - meet and greet - geo 101 for any newbies
6:30 - 7:30 - Christmas Dinner
7:30 - 8:30 - Geo-gift exchange and more geochat
8:30 - 9:00 - cleanup and goodbyes!

Bring your camp chairs as seating will be limited. Please let us know what you plan to bring to share so others can plan their food ideas as well!
