Geocache Description:

This cache is NOT accessible from I-75. The park is closed from sundown to sunrise, and when there is high water.

You will be walking, or biking, a portion of the Bluffton Bike Trail (bicycle, not motorcycle – motorized vehicles are not allowed on the trail). It took me about half an hour to walk it, not including time to search for coordinates. Several kinds of wildlife may be visible along the way. I strongly suggest insect repellent in warm months.

This is a 5-stage multi. Some of the trail is paved, and some is not. Two of the stages are along the gravel portion, and one stage and the final are along the paved portion. At each stage, be sure to write down the code, which will make signing the log possible. Any “found it” logs that do not have a matching signature on the paper log will be deleted.

No major bushwhacking is required, and all stages are within several feet of the trail. The final, though, is several yards from the trail. You will do some backtracking, but don’t try to “shortcut” by leaving the trail to get to the next stage. WARNING: Several areas on the trail flood with heavy rain. DO NOT attempt to find this cache if there is water on ANY portion of the trail, as it may be impassible, or even dangerous, further on.

At the given coords is a gray sign. Using only the top 2 words,

A = # of letters in the 1st word

B = numerical value of the center letter in the 2nd word

C = # of Y’s in the 2nd word

D = number of letters on the sign on the back side of the gray sign

E = A – C

Add to given coordinates: add 0.CDE to N, add 0.CBA to W
