Geocaching is een stiekeme hobby
die alleen kan voortbestaan indien de deelnemers zich dit
realiseren en zich er naar gedragen: !! WEES STIEKEM
!!
|
At the moment of working out this cache the accommodations were
brandnew! I knew something was coming out there, but I did not know
it was going to be this special..
Anyway, 's-Hertogenbosch
has suddenly got a Moerasdraak/Morassdragon.
And you are about to control
it!
Moerasdraak was the nickname of the city of 's-Hertogenbosch. It
deserved this name in the 15-17th century.Surrounded by
moerassen/morasses it was very hard to get to and could not be
conquered ,until in 1629 Frederik Hendrik finally succeeded in
conquering the city. By throwing up 45 km. of dikes around the
whole area the morasses could be drained and thus Frederik Hendrik
took the city after 7 months.
Start going down the stairs at the
above coords and look for the first information(in red) low
on the wall at N 51 41.035 E 005 17.611.
Once you've found this, everything starts rolling and you will
have to go on: !! the Moerasdraak is waiting for you.
!!
But you need not be afraid as long as you keep on turning and
turning and turning ........... !
But still:
after you have overcome the Moerasdraak the ordeal is not over
yet:
you will find yourself climbing and descending, avoiding
mudpuddles, and last but not least:
Beware of the very deep water!
?? Is finding and logging one cache worth all this
??
You and I, we all know the answer!
Enjoy !
