RGS 90 modtager bygge- og anlægs affald; asfalt, beton, tegl,
haveaffald m.m., som bliver sorteret og oparbejdet til
genbrugsmaterialer. Ud af disse materialer sælger RGS 90 en række
genbrugsprodukter. Produkterne er attraktive alternativer til
regulære råstoffer ved anlæg af veje og pladser og omfatter blandt
andet knust beton, genbrugsstabil (asfalt/beton) og genbrugsballast
(beton/tegl).
Aktuelle kornkurver, produktbeskrivelser m.m. kan rekvireres for de
fl este af vores genbrugsprodukter. Bygge og anlægsaffald: Vi
gennemfører såvel mekanisk behandling som håndsortering af
bygningsaffald. Materialerne modtages på stationære behandlings
anlæg eller behandles lokalt. Det behandlede affald indgår som
nævnt i produktionen af genbrugsmaterialer, primært til anvendelse
i bygge- og anlægsarbejder.
For at sikre en konstant, høj kvalitet af genbrugsprodukterne
gennemgås et nøje fastlagt analyseprogram. Analyserne udføres på
branchekendte laboratorier. Oprydning: RGS 90 påtager sig alle
former for nedrivning, oprydning og transport i totalentreprise og
garanterer samtidig for maksimalt genbrug af byggeaffaldet.
Entrepriserne gennemføres i sam arbejde med underentreprenører.
Have og parkaffald: Vi modtager plantemateriale fra haver, parker
og grønne anlæg og driver komposteringsanlæg på Sjælland og i
Jylland. På anlæggene modtages grene, kviste, blade og andet
plantemateriale fra drift- og vedligeholdelsesarbejder.

Thermal Processing of Contaminated Soil
RGS 90 is operating a thermal processing plant for soil recovery
including huge storage areas on their own industrial site in
Stigsnæs, Denmark since the beginning of 2005. To ensure a
24-hour-operation of that plant, contaminated soil also can be
collected at our soil remediation facilities in Copenhagen, Kolding
and Tarm, to be shipped later on for thermal treatment to Stigsnæs.
Description of the technology
RGS 90 has been operating a thermal desorption plant in Sweden
since 2002. Based on these operating experiences, the company
assesses thermal desorption technology to be the most effective and
available treatment technology on the market for cleaning
contaminated soil, which is contaminated for example with heavy oil
and PAHs. By means of thermal desorption technology the
contaminated soil will be heated up to an extent that organic
compounds will be subsequently decomposed and vaporised. The
gaseous organic compounds than will be completely and effectively
eliminated in a secondary incineration chamber with following
off-gas-cleaning equipment. The plant is now enriched by a thermal
pre-dryer system to use the surplus heat.
Performance
The thermal treatment plant has a maximum throughput capacity of 50
tons an hour with an annual production equalling approx. 300.000
tons.
