OFFICIAL MEET & GREET OF THE HALLOWEEN HOOPLA XIV!!!



Join us for the 3nd Annual Texas Holdem Tournament or just to hang out and socialize!
Cost to enter tournament is FREE!

Where: Willie's Restaurant (Same location, new name)
388 W 9th Ave, St Paul Park, MN 55071

When: 10/26/2018 From 4:30pm-12:00am

Tentative Agenda:
3:45pm - I will arrive for setup
4:30pm-6:00pm - Meet & Greet Socializing Introduction to the game of Texas Holdem for players new or rusty
5:00pm-5:55pm - Check In For Poker Game/Temp Cache Code Turn In
6:00pm - Tournament will start. It will take between 4-6 hours depending how many people will come to play.
12:00am - Tournament must end for clean up, if winner has not been determined if we can finish downstairs we will otherwise winners will be determined by chip count.

There will be breaks inside the main tournament, we will be posting wining ticket numbers for prizes. You can get Tickets by attending or finding the temp caches which will be published approximately 1 month before hand. Tickets will also be rewarded for attending the event.

Anyone can play! There will be door prizes and prizes will also be awarded for final table finishers. Prizes from last year included trophies, trackables, geocoins, containers, and much more!

There will be drawings for extra chips in the middle of the tournament. If you were eliminated and your number is drawn you will be allowed back in for the chips you win.

There will also be side games if you are eliminated and there will be some cribbage boards and such for people wanting to hang out and socialize.

*PLEASE PUT A WILL ATTEND WITH NUMBER OF PLAYERS PLAYING! If you do not list number of players we may not have a starting stack for everyone. I have enough starting stacks for 50+ players and if the number count goes higher I will order more chips.
