in our disclaimer.
This is the first placement of a NIGHT CACHE by members of the
Flying Pig Cache Team. It is a short hike, counterclockwise,
following the white tacks to the cache area and returning by
following the orange tacks. If your family is uncomfortable about
trying this in the dark, or if you are only in the area for a short
time, you may e-mail owner for the cords so you can search for
cache in the daylight.
The co ordinates listed will take you to the first and second white
reflector tacks to start you on your way... Cords for parking area
are listed under waypoints, you will need them in dark as area is
not easy to find at night!... . Searchers will be looking for ½
inch reflective tacks beginning at the western edge of the parking
lot.
Single White tacks indicate the way, two tacks means you should be
looking for a change of direction and three tacks indicates you are
within 25’ of the cache. Tack colors will change to ORANGE
for the return to starting point.
As of August 17, 2011 the container is now a small lock and lock
container and has small items to trade along with a log book.
***You may also follow the orange blazed trail clockwise until you
see orange reflective tacks that will also take you to the hide!***
