During my last 6 1/2 years of employment with the IRS, I worked in the International division, where we dealt extensively with tax issues in U.S. Possessions.
This cache is located along a busy highway. The shoulder is wide enough for you to park without having your car door amputated by passing traffic. The cache contains a log and a BIG $10 prize for FTF. BYOP. No credit without your signature. Ignore the motorized muggles.
