January 23 by charliewhiskey (804 found) O' the Joy! Found it this time! I came by a year ago with my daughter, Teenogre, and despite spending quite a bit of time searching, we just couldn't come up with it. I came up from Portland for a seminar today and planned some extra time to try for this one again. I combed thru the prior logs, trying to glean every hint I could (and being taunted by the "found it right off" logs), and, although it took a few minutes this time, SUCCESS! In the words of several previous finders, "the coordinates are good" - trust them! Thanks for a most challenging puzzle and hide! View This Log

If the owner takes pity on me and sends me a hint I may try for it again, but I'm only in town until Saturday and not likely to be back in Seattle for years if ever. I like puzzle caches, and many of the best puzzle caches are complicated and devious. But this is something more elegant: it's simple and devious. The find itself took two trips, but the coords were dead on. My iPhone was just bouncing all over the place. View This Log
