Geocache Description:

Bring a camera and/or lunch, this area offers a spectacular view of Kentucky Lake.

This is one of two overlooks along Ky. Dam that I used to come visit when I needed a place to just relax.
After 9/11 they closed this whole area off and have now just recently reopened it, complete with a bike trail that runs all the way across the dam. You can park literally feet from the GZ, or you can park down by the Ky. Dam beach area and ride a bike or walk/run across.
