Geocache Description:

This event will be held at WCNUT's Aunts farm in Bardstown, KY,
which is also known as "Windy Rock." Friday October 10, 2007 at the regionally famous Fire Ring.

Hobo Friday night will start at 6:00 PM with a Bon-Fire, winnie roast / pitch-in so bring your favorite winnies, chips or salad. The Bonfire will be lite and maintained by firemaster T_Bird. HOBO PIE IRONS will be available to make Hobo Pies (apple, blueberry, cherry, or strawberry) and cooking them over the fire. There will also be some sitting around the bonfire talking caching and camping stories, and hopefully some good sing along music.

Sing Along

For all of you guitar player, harmonica player, spoon player, etc… Please bring your instruments and join in the sing along. The past 2 years Neos has played his guitars for us and sang some awesome tunes. Steffinland joined in last year and treated the fire ring audience. So Wetpants, Coxcachers, Deermark, KRnlKilR, MyBob and whom ever else, I’m calling you out, BRING YOUR GUITARS. We may even be graced with Doobies leading us in the annual sing along of “House of the Rising Sun”. It will be a great sing along and guess what, YOU DON’T EVEN HAVE TO SING IN TUNE. If the the players get to tired there will be a back-up plan for some great tunes.


CAMPING


For those of you who are camping you may start setting up camp @ 3:00PM. There is NO fee for camping, we just ask you to CITO. Please leave this wonderful farm cleaner then you found it so Aunt Carolyn (WCNUT’s Aunt) will let us continue to hold this event.

Need More Wood, Need more Wood, Need More Wood
If you want to stay warm, we are asking anyone with the ability to bring or deliver fire wood to the event site to please contact the Windy Rock Event Team and let us know. Ya’ll know how cold it can get and you also know that Firemaster T_Bird will build a big warm fire if we have enough wood.
