Geocache Description:

Alert ! This cache no longer exists !

In a an East Bay Regional Park, Maybe easy, maybe hard. Harder during the winter for sure. ~ 1/3 mile from a parking area.

This site was vandalized twice! The first thief took the contents and the second thief took the container. But for some strange reason, they both left a note saying they took the stuff. Lesson learned: Avoid high traffic areas; hide the cache well so casual passers-by don't see it. Thanks to the geocaching community for their kindness and help. This site will self destruct in two weeks... ---------------------------------------------------------- I've changed some things (the encripted hint, difficulty and coordinates) since this was harder than I thought. Try the new coordinates (thanks Mitch). The old ones were N37 34.483 by W 121 41.4 This is our first cache at one of our favorite annual camping places. We hope you like the special effects. We put a disposable camera in the cache. Please take a picture of yourselves and we'll post them at the end of summer. The cahce container is a surplus ammo box (army green). Contents:
  • log book and notice
  • camera
  • 2 pieces of gypsum from S. Calif. desert
  • Tomb raider game CD
  • Spiderman yoyo
  • Chinese bills and coins. Other foreign coins include: Canada, Mexico, Malasia, Singapore. These aren't from Cash Cache. I'm saving some other countries for it.
  • 4 AA batteries
  • Propane tank magnetic gage
  • Diary keychain
  • Dog toe nail clippers (Leia is happy to see these go)
  • Dog whistle
  • assorted pencils
  • Pocket screw driver
  • hot wheels car
  • Heart maze
  • Knife money clip
  • Turtle toy
  • Golf tees (found finding Dragon head cache)
