This is a series of twenty one caches set in the Towns, Cities and Villages of significance in our wonderful county of Somerset. Each is a cache in it’s own right and are generally easy finds, some are cache and dash, others take a little longer, but all have a letters / numbers which you will need to record if you want to find the Bonus cache. The Bonus cache, in Taunton (being the capital of the county) has a special reward for the first cacher to log all 20 caches plus the bonus cache, the value of which is too high to leave in the cache! (I had considered offering to give a car to anyone who does the series on foot in 24 hours – but that’s silly! It’s a walk of about 450 miles! – a new pair of running shoes would be much more appropriate). I apologise if I’ve missed out your favourite town, and I refuse to enter into any argument over the county boundary. I’ve tried to place the caches in places of interest, not just caches for the sake of placing a cache. I hope to have it right.

This is a footpath close to the Wincanton Racecourse and a disused railway (a part of the old Somerset & Dorset line), it shouldn't pose too many problems.
