Cache is near several Native American grinding holes, in solid rock near seashore. Nearby Harbor Seals. Fantastic View.
Park in large dirt parking lot .8 mi. N of northernmost exit to/from Highway #1 to Cayucas. Parking lot is on ocean side of highway. Distance to cache = .5 mi.
Parking coordinates = N 35 26.987; W 120 55.952
From parking lot, go through obvious open gate in fence. Cache is located on public, not private land and is open to public.
Cache is located under a slight overhang in rock, and is surrounded by several ancient Indian grinding holes. Do not walk or climb on grinding holes. It is prohibited to dig or disturb this area in any way.
Look to NW, out to numerous rocks in ocean. A large concentration of Harbor Seals is common.
