The cache is an medium/large ammo box. Although the box itself is sheltered, the hiding area may accumulate snow.
There are several different ways of approaching this cache ranging from a less than mile to not quite two miles one way. One is via the trail system that starts from Boston Lot.
If you approach from the Rt. 10 Wilder Dam parking up the dirt/gravel road, there is a detailed trail map at the top at the left.
If incorporating nearby west side caches, this is the way to go. From the Wilder Dam parking proceed up the gravel road and near the top take the Eastside trail on the left. It turns to the right and eventually you will see the sign "To Indian Ridge." You can also come in from Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center via LaHaye Rd.
