Virtual Cache overlooking a bay on St. John in the US Virgin Islands.
There is a parking area near the location of the cache, Park there and head a few steps down towards the water (Unless you come by boat you will heading a few steps up). The location will bring you to a great view of the bay and the surrounding area. The water below is great for snorkeling but watch out for Sea Urchins. For verification purposes email me a picture of the bay from the cache site. Update: I have received permission from the neighborhood that you may use the stairs for geocaching purposes even though they are marked private.
