Nice area. Some light bushwacking, possibly more in the summer. May have to cross a small stream depending where you park. Parking at the Hockey Rinks closer to KinderCare would be best, but the brave can park at the Hockey Rink on Marne Highway.
Grew up playing in these woods as a kid, wanted to honor them with my first hide! For those who choose to park at the rinks by KinderCare, off Larchmont Blvd., you can enter the woods from the basketball courts or by walking past the hockey rinks. If anyone decides to park off Marne Hwy, prepare for thorns and small stream crossings. As always, enjoy the cache and be mindful of nature!
