OK, The Blood Campers tried to place a tough cache in 2002. But it was found in no time by several geocachers who were eager to try a tough cache in the Kane area. Fair enough. This year we set the bar a little higher.
This cache is not for the faint of heart. The terrain is only one of many obstacles you will face. Without giving too much away...
Arrive prepared and equipped.
Don't schedule this as one of 5 caches you want to hit in a single day. You won't have enough time.
Don't bring your kids or your grandparents.
Know how to navigate in difficult terrain.
Study before you leave.
Go in a group.
Take a cellular phone.
There are no clues, and no help. If you actually find the cache, please put everything back exactly as you found it for the next geocachers.
Inside the final cache is a camera for taking your picture (leave in cache), compass, army men, mini football, Maltese cross, baseball cards, tire lever, pocket pliers, water bombs, and a grocery store sav-a-tape card.
