Team_Schnauzer: This is the second cache at this location that is going to have to be archived. It isn't a high-muggle spot utility apparently someone keeps finding the container and removing it, even though we had permission from the city to place it here. It can't fall from it's hiding spot as it was nylon tied to a tree. Apparently someone knows about this container and keeps swiping it. This is BEYOND my three strike replacement rule. We've added a new container at least six times here. It apparently will never work as a good hiding spot.
