This event will be held in Black Rock City outside of beautiful Gerlach, NV September 3rd at 10 am!
The above coordinates will take you to the Black Rock Desert, however, we will be meeting at 10 am at 6 o'clock and the MAN. Keep an eye out on the bulletin boards prior to the event for postings with exact locations to our camp and our meeting location at 6 o'clock and the MAN. It's not very often that we get to meet geocachers from all over the place in our neck of the woods. What could be better than a dusty playa in the Nevada desert? I can't think of anywhere I'd much rather be?
At least a couple of us will be wearing tye died T-shirts with Great Basin Eastern Sierra Geocachers in large white writing on the back. We plan on meeting at the man and then making our way back to our geocaching camp for Otter Pops and other yummy breakfast libations!
