Den finaste rastplatsen i Östergötland är Klinga, vid E 4:an nära Borgs kyrka utanför Norrköping.
Det tyckte Motormännens riksförbund år 2005. Rastplatsen ska vara trevlig och ren och ha god tillgänglighet och för säkerhets skull görs flera inspektioner vid varje rastplats under året
