Easiest parking is while going UP the hill.
This cache is hidden in plain site.
No bushwacking needed.
Be sure and pull completely off the tar roadway, and watch for fast
moving traffic.

It was on Thanksgiving during the day while we were on our way down to Orange County from Santa Barbara.
