Route 14(No.14 in the national road) is called "Chiba kaidou", and it road very a lot of cars go along.
However, in contrast with the mechanical road which a car runs, it is lined with residential areas if they enter from a road the one step side road, and there is a park, and children play.
Here is called the civil aviation birthplace in Japan, and there is the monument which modelled the wing of the airplane. A biplane of "Narahara expression Otori" which the Baron Sanji Narahara produced in the basal part of the monument and a plate showing the specifications are displayed.
In addition, Kawasaki Steel used the NUS7 type steam locomotive stored near immediately.

国道１４号は千葉街道とも呼ばれ、非常に多くの車が通る道路です。
しかし、車が走る機械的な道路とは対照的に、道路から一歩横道へ入れば住宅街が立ち並び、公園があり、子供たちが遊んでいます。
この地は日本における民間航空発祥の地といわれており、飛行機の翼をかたどった記念碑があります。記念碑の基部には奈良原三次男爵の製作した「奈良原式鳳号」の複葉機と その諸元を示すプレートが表示されています。
また、そのすぐそばには川崎製鉄の使用していたＮＵＳ７型蒸気機関車が保存されています。
