How Geocaching Works

Geocache Description:

Bring you GPS or Smartphone and we will try to help you get started geocaching. We'll try to answer questions you may have about geocaching. This will be an Open House type Event. Stop by and spend some time at our booth in the park. Visit with the hosts and have an opportunity to help out. Pay it forward and help someone learn about geocaching.

Bring the family to enjoy a morning of fun and fitness with a number of activities designed to get families up and moving together!

Schedule of Activities
9:00 am: Yoga class
9:30 am: Zumba demonstration
10:00 am: Tennis Court Dedication and Grand Opening
10:30 am: Pickleball demonstration
10:45 am: Kickball game
11:30 am: Dodgeball game
Ongoing: Geocaching in the park

Try one or all of these activities. Coralville Parks and Recreation will supply the equipment and some healthy snacks, too!

The event will be held rain or shine. With good weather we will be out in the park, for poor weather we will move inside the Recreation Center.
