This cache is on the top of a prominent hill near the village of
Faz Fato. To reach it you need to follow a rough track. It is about
a 1km walk from the nearest tarmac road. There are fantastic views
in all directions. You can see Spain, the bridge across the
Guadiana and the rolling hills of the Algarve hinterland. Please
look at the photo gallery.
This is a small cache (white plastic tub approximately 5cm across
by 12cm deep) containing a notepad, pen and a selection of
interesting coins to swap. At the time of hiding, these were

- South Africa 2 cents (1965)
- Barbados 1 cent (1987)
- Singapore 5 cents (1971)
- Vietnamese 1 dong (1971)
- Canadian 1 cent (1964)
- British 1 new penny (1982)

#3019Dia de praia na Manta Rota. A caminho passámos por aqui para logar esta cache.
Esta foi uma das caches mais agradáveis do dia. Belíssimo trajecto pela estrada serpenteante serra acima.
