You are looking for a medium sized pill bottle.
This is almost a drive up, a short walk down (50 feet) from the parking area near the eastern side of the old bridge.
This is a magical spot and it deserves to have a cache replaced here. It was once called "1923" the date on the old bridge. The cache gets its name from an old time fish ladder 100 foot below the bridge.
Watch the little ones around here, its got a long drop to the bottom.
This cache is best approched in the east bound lane of 299W. Watch for traffic, it moves fast around here.
