This cache is the fourth in a series that I've placed along the
historic Kettle Valley Railway.
In the summer of 2003 16 of Myra Canyon's 18 historic railway
trestles were destroyed by fire. Trestle number two was one of the
trestles that were completely destroyed. Soon after the fire, plans
were being made to restore what was lost. The entire trail was
officially reopened to the public in March 2008.
The cache has been hidden next to the footings of the new trestle
and beneath the ruins of the old one.
