The coordinates are general as the reception there is not great. Once you're there it should be obvious what you're looking for.
My brother Dennis is famous (in our family anyway) for three things. First of all, his nieces and nephews asked him what they should call him. His response? "Anything, just don't call me late for dinner!" So what do you think they call him? You guessed it, "Uncle Late for Dinner". Next of all, Dennis coined the phrase "There's no such thing as too much garlic". When he was teaching his niece to cook, she asked him how much garlic to peel. And his response was "there's no such thing as too much garlic". Lastly, when someone asks Dennis if he'd like seconds, he says "Sure, I don't quite feel stupid yet". When he finally gets his fill, he pushes himself away from the table and says, "Man, I feel stupid." The funny thing is, he's not overweight. Every city that Dennis goes to, he has to find this place. And so in his honor, I am bringing you to this place in Washington, DC. To prove your find, please email me the name of the foreign mayor mentioned on the lower right side of this thing. Believe me, you can't miss it. Enjoy the find.

Please DO NOT post a picture of this item. Due to the large amount of people logging this without emailing the answer, I have to add this note. If I do not receive your answer within two weeks, I will delete your log. I will try to remind you but it's your responsibility to email me the answer. I cannot guarantee the reminder. Thank you.

Sent email with the answer. Lots of traffic from folks going to a hockey game and some guy spinning around on one foot in the street whooping real loud. TFTC
