Shoot 'em up Traditional Geocache

Placed with permission from the Lake District Preserve. Natural wetland area so follow the Leave no Trace policy.

Placed behind/infront of the Oakdale Shooting Club(hence the GC name). Please don't get shot.

Overgrown area so watch out for ticks!!

This the same container as in the archived (Ammo)ngst Us (GC4F98W) cache. There was a property problem so it has now been moved. Same Logbook.

A 167 acre natural prairie and wetland with restored shallow and deep-water marshes that now provide sanctuaries for frogs, turtles, cranes, wood ducks, herons and other wetland-dependent species. In addition, upland portions of the property were planted to become a native, tall-grass prairie. A nature trail winds through the western half of the property where several interpretive signs and links to an elevated boardwalk that spans a shallow pond, and a hilltop observation deck featuring panoramic views of the marsh.
