Geocache Description:

Alum Park is open all year. Hours are 8:00 a.m. until one-half hour after sunset. $10 parking fee ($2 seniors age 60+) is collected on weekends and holidays, and daily from mid-June through Labor Day (free if parking just at the main entrance and hiking in.) Pets are not permitted in the park.

Near the original Alum Rock Rd. entrance you will find the Rustic Lands picnic area. No need to head in the creek to find this cache.

A small container, only room for a log and pen, maybe tiny trinkets.

Edited 6/19/16 to reflect updated parking fees and changed hint to reflect new hide style. Cache is small-to-regular size.
