For those that don't know, we have rented out Champoeg state park a few times in the past. Cachers come together from all over to talk, eat, drink, and share, all during a themed weekend.
This years theme is "electric carnival". Campers are making some sort of carnival game at their campsite. Last time we did mini golf holes, and they were all unique and awesome.
As for the "electric" part of the event, we plan to light up the park at night in our own unique way.
This isn't a traditional Geocaching event... It's about the cachers, not the caching. It's a chance to get to know a bunch of awesome people you have something in common with.
There's no official coin.
There's no official cache hunt.
There's no selling of any merchandise at the event.
It's all about the experience and the people.
That's not to say that people will not be trading coins and setting up temporary caches... They will!

As of right now, all of the available campsites are taken, but some people may need to sell their site. The best chance to grab one of those sites is on the Facebook page.
