Another local pizza place, not too hard to find, starting at 6:00 pm so you can spend the day caching. Hosted by the Escapades and Rock&Crystal (NO... we're not buying!) :o)
OK, back by popular demand (really!) yet another pizza party event for the north state. This time in beautiful downtown Oroville (kind of), and let's shoot for 6:00pm, it's reserved until 9:00ish. We had such a great time at the last event in Paradise, and then with the Escapades we visited the RCGDS group in Elk Grove so we just had to do it again! Now we know how to REALLY put on a gathering! :o) So here's the deal, please when you post a note that you will be coming, along with the number in your party, toss out a thought or two in your log on what we should call ourselves. River City Geocaching and Dining Society has a real proper name, we got nada, nothing... YET! We'll put them all together and have a vote on the best name. Remember... we are a mess of hillbillies, flatlanders, mountain folk, Orovillians, Paradisians, Chicoans, Almanorians, Etc, etc... so we need something all encompassing... or NOT. So come on to this great event, meet the newbies, oldies, and I understand there are even going to be some legends you might like to meet... I know we would!!
Also, if you'd like, bring along something to put in a new cache we will have a drawing (or maybe two) and whoever wins gets the honor of placing the cache(s). Sure hope to see you all there, Rock&Crystal (& Pebble, too) and the Escapades
