Tämä kätkö esittelee Järvenpäätä hieman erilaisesta
näkökulmasta. Aivan keskustan tuntumasta taidetalon takaa lähtee vuonna 2006 rakennettu
pitkospuita kulkeva lyhyt luontopolku. Polku ohittaa samaan aikaan
rakennetun lintutornin. Tornilta on hyvät näkymät Tuusulanjärven
pohjoispäähän. Vaikka Tuusulanjärvi on pahasti rehevöitynyt, sen
lähes umpeenkasvanut, pohjoispää on lintujen paratiisi ja
luonnonsuojelualue. Älä poistu pitkospuilta
kätköä hakiessasi! Älä jätä
kätköön mitään painavaa!
This cache shows a bit different view to Järvenpää. Very close
to the centre of city behind the Taidetalo-building you'll find a
start of a short nature trail. Nature trail ducboards bypass a bird
watching tower where you can admire view over the lake and (of
course) birds. Even though the lake Tuusulanjärvi is quite
eutrophic birds seem to like it. The cache is on a nature
reservation area, please don't leave the duckboards while searching
the cache. Don't leave anything heavy in the cachebox.
