Geocache Description:

Won this ammo can as a Door Prize at the First State Challenge 2009 Event. So I figured I would give it back to the geocaching community by placing it ASAP. The First State Challenge 2009 Event also kicked off a year long travel bug race. This is why I am placing this can here. This is a well travelled road and the only way for people from PA, NJ and beyond to get to our World Class Beaches. I figured all the Geo-Beach-goers could use a place to drop off their out of state TB's heading south and for the locals to get their TB's heading north. The ammo can is placed just off the road, hidden in the regular fashion. There is a place to pull off the Highway directly across the U-Turn lane. Nothing much really to see here except the Poison Ivy, Briar's, and biting insects of which Delaware has plenty.

If you have little Goe-ers please mind the traffic, it can be a little fast here. The parking spot is a common place for the State Troopers to set up a Radar Trap.

Please cover well when done.

EDIT 11/16/09 Due to the new overpass and road construction Department of Transportation decided to remove the U-Turn lane. This cache can only be gotten by those heading South. The parking area used to have 3 cement barricades that are gone now as well. Parking spot will be easy to miss now. Once you go under the overpass it is just after the bend about a quarter mile pass the overpass.
