Geocache Description:


The Gateway Park is on land that once was an elementary school. The district sold the land and it was developed into an apartment complex. To get the building permit the developers had to include Gateway Park.

In the winter and especially at high tide San Mateo Creek will leave it's bank and flood the picnic tables. The flooding won't effect the cache.
