Geocache Description:

This is my 70th placed geocache!

The nearest telephone is light years away. This is another world, a closed universe. It's not like Earth.

This cache will introduce you to some "Wild Country" at the Easternmost border of Devil's PunchBowl. You'll feel like you're in the "Land of the Lost."

This cache is recommended for Experienced outdoor enthusiasts only. The terrain is quite steep, consisting of loose, and unstable rock. There are plenty of steep drop-offs that could take your life. Small kids are not recommended for this hike.

The rewards for finding the cache are many. You will see some beautiful scenery, and be proud of your accomplishment. While placing the cache, I discovered some real fossils on my hike up the ridge.

  1. Cache is a .30 cal ammo can.
  2. Hiking boots are a must.
  3. Bring plenty of water.
  4. Watch for snakes
  5. You will have to cross Big Rock Creek.
  6. A Forest Adventure Pass is needed for parking.
