Park on the verge opposite Littlestane house and walk up the blocked off road. Enter the small wood at the big sycamore.
Small 'clip lid' transparent box in a black fabric bag. Contains standard geocaching letter, swaps, pen and notebook.
This is near the Lawthorn Scottish Wildlife Trust nature reserve and is part of the old Eglinton Castle estate woodland policies. See Eglinton Country Park Wiki for more details and photographs. A number of cyclepaths are nearby; part of the Sustrans routes to Johnstone, Largs, Kilmarnock, etc.
