Webcam Cache. When you stand in view of the webcam (the listed
coordinates should place you in view), call someone who can go to
the website listed above and save your picture, then later upload
it to Geocaching.com. The picture refreshes every 5-10
seconds.
As the webcam will make cachers appear rather small (due to the
distance), to claim this cache you must put your right hand on the
code blue phone and raise your left with your GPS as though
'seeking the geogods' (see picture for example).
The webcam is currently pointed at the construction area of the
new Academic Building (front center), Phase I Classroom Building
(right) and the Spokane Intercollegiate Research and Technology
Institute SIRTI (back center), looking east from the window of Dr.
Lawrence J. Cohen, Pharmacotherapy.
The camera is below Prof. Sally Blank's exercise
physiology lab in the Health
Sciences Building at the WSU Spokane campus. Also in view (if
you have x-ray vision!) is the
University District cache.
I believe this is Spokane’s first webcam cache so I look
